Welcome to HybriFit

Taking care of your body is integral to sustained longevity. Hybrifit offers  a fully integrated experience beyond BootCamp. Hybri-Camp is an interfusion of endurance, muscular strength, core stability, stretching/flexibility, balance and agility training.  Classes and Athletic Conditioning is designed to put your energy into the most important thing that will help you fulfill your goals...you, both men and women, beginner or advanced, indoor and outdoor. We offer a transformational setting where you learn by doing. Located in Virginia Beach across from Lynnhaven Mall.

Sports Performance Training
Hybrifit offers an innovative approach to training - working on a solid athletic foundation while staying focused on each athletes individual goals. Our unique program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction, linear and lateral speed development, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper weight training techniques and functional strength training. Athletes are closely supervised as the coach takes them through an intense 60 minut workout. Attention is always paid to proper technique and safety.

 

 

HybriFit Schedule
Monday thru Thursday

 

Morning: 6AM, 930AM (60 mins)
Lunch: 12PM (40 mins)
Evening: 5:30PM (60 mins)

*We close daily between 1P - 5P except for appointments

Friday

Morning: 6AM, 930AM (60 mins)
Lunch: 12PM - (40 mins)
Evening: 530PM (60 mins)
Super Circuit Saturday

Morning: 8AM- TRX, 9AM - Super Circuit
